Logging Time in the Werx Field App
- To access the time tracking feature, open the Werx field app and click on the Timesheets link in the navigation at the bottom of the screen.
- On the time sheet screen, you will find a list of times logged for the week. To add time, tap the (+) Add button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Manual Entry.
- In the Manual Time Entry screen, you have two options for entering time. The first is In/Out Time, which allows you to enter a clock-in time and a clock-out time. The second option is Duration, where you can enter the total amount of time worked. Choose your preferred method.
- Next, tap the Select Project field and choose the project, then select the project budget/phase item to which you want to apply time.
- Enter the In/Out date and time or the Duration date and time, depending on your selection.
- Enter a note about the work done for this time entry.
- Finally, click Save
Logging Time in the Web Application
- Select Time Tracking > TimeSheets in the main left navigation.
- On the time sheet screen, you will find a list of times logged for the week. To add time, click the (+) Add Time button in the top right corner of the screen.
- In the Add Time Screen, select Project field and choose the project, then select the project budget/phase item to which you want to apply time.
- You have two options for entering time. The first is In/Out, which allows you to enter a clock-in time and a clock-out time. The second option is Duration, where you can enter the total amount of time worked. Choose your preferred method and enter the date and time worked accordingly.
- Enter a note about the work done for this time entry.
- Finally, click Save
Edit Time
You can easily edit any time entry on the Timesheet screen. Simply click on the time entry you wish to edit, and the changes you make will be recorded on the Edit Time modal.
