In a Time & Material Project, you can add and track billable items. You may invoice all items at once, a few at a time, or continue to add items and invoice as your project requires. This item list will be a running record of what you have done on this project.
Create An Item
In a Time & Material Project, click the Items tab near the top.
- Click the Add + button at the bottom of the item table
- In the popup begin by typing the item name. Matching item names from your catalog will display and you can select one of them, or continue to put in a non-catalog item.
- Enter your item description, quantity, and rate, and select the taxable checkbox if applicable. If you select an item from the catalog, the item rate will autofill with the set amount. This can be edited.
Edit Items
You can click on any items to open the item popup and edit your items.
Use the handles on the far left side of an item row to drag and re-order your items.
Invoice Items
Once you have created an invoice, the invoiced items will display a green checkmark on the right side along with the invoice number. You can create more items and continue to invoice any new items as needed.
